Faultless

Everything is perfect with my BMW. Omar was helpful and friendly, and he never came across as pushy at any time. During the handover, the car was in immaculate condition, and they made the effort to valet the car to a high standard, so it was lovely and clean both inside and out. There is no reason for me not to score Blackstone Motors 5 out of 5; it was faultless from beginning to end.

Cannot fault this dealer, they are fab!

Honestly, I cannot fault Blackstone Motors in West Drayton. Everything was explained clearly, and they went through all the paperwork with me. There were no hidden surprises, and they never tried to sell me anything I did not want. I would 100 per cent recommend this company to family and friends, and I would not think twice about coming back to this dealership when I decide to upgrade my car.

A five-star experience from start to finish. The salesperson who looked after me was such a sound guy and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was smooth sailing for me. I love my new car, and it's not let me down yet, so there is nothing for me to complain about really.

There is no reason that I can think of not to give Blackstone Motors top marks. Ahmad was fantastic from beginning to end, making the purchase of my Land Rover Discovery incredibly simple. Honestly, I could not have asked for anything more from Omar during the purchase of my Jaguar. From start to finish, Omar was fantastic. He kept me in the loop with everything, ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. What really stood out was that he even arranged for the car to be delivered to my home address in Birmingham, which saved me from having to do a 5-hour round trip to West Dayton. Great service

Everyone we saw at Blackstone Motors was very welcoming and polite. Helped with a test drive and answered any questions we had. Offered to deliver the car to my home address and provided a 5 star all round service. I have no complaints.

A big BMW fan

The dealership staff were amazing and even went out of their way to pick me up from the station, which I thought was a fantastic service. Although we were missing two mats, Ahmed dealt with the situation promptly. His assistance truly went above and beyond as I had a work call that I needed to take and he let me use his meeting room. As for the car, I'm a big BMW fan and I was impressed with the vehicle I purchased. I really appreciated how they accommodated my needs and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!

Audi Q7 S Line

When I visited the dealership I found all of the staff to be polite, and after finding out a bit more information about the Audi Q7 S you can tell they are very knowledgeable. A short test drive later and I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Since driving away there is a slight knocking coming from under the car but I'll keep an eye on it and run it into my local garage if I need to.

Cherry on the cake

My son is in love with his BMW X3. I don't think I've seen him since he bought it. He went to a few dealerships with me and his dad. It wasn't the cheapest car that we were looking at, but it was the one that he wanted, and the extra features on it are the cherry on the cake. I need a new car, so I'll be back in March.

KIA EV6 GT-LINE

My Kia is doing alright at the moment. The staff were good while I was making my purchase and I'm happy to give them 5*. The dealership accepted my old car as a trade-in, and I felt they quoted me a price based on my description over the phone and they also checked it when I got to the forecourt.

The perfect little car

I'm quite a short person and normally I need a cushion on my seat, so I'm able to reach the pedals but the Citreon C1 I got was the perfect little car for me. I went to go and look at my car while I was on my lunch because the dealership is local to me. They weren't forceful because I wanted to think about it before buying. I went back the next day and bought it. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Well valeted

Very happy with the BMW M340i that I bought through Blackstone Motors. I was also happy with the sales team and how the car was presented to me. I arranged to come back and collect the car, which was well-valeted and good to go when I arrived.

BMW 520 M Sport

Please with the BMW 520 M Sport. The service I had received was above and beyond other companies. It's what I would expect from a dealer that is actively selling high-end vehicles. I only had one issue, which was the spare key was broken. I live a fair way from the site, so I bought a spare key for myself, and they said they would refund me for it! which was a suitable resolution for us both.

The whole team was brilliant from the start, middle, and up to now if I had to get in touch with them. They sold me the Audi RS7, and it's an absolute treat, they really couldn't do enough for me. They allowed me to test drive the car as well. 5/5 service.

I needed a run-around

I needed a cheap run-around, which is why I chose my Volvo XC40. I didn't know what I was going to get until I got there and had a browse, but the staff were very patient with me. They did everything they could to find the right vehicle for me and get me the best price possible, even though the Volvo was already at a good price.

I would highly recommend buying your next car from Blackstone. As a person who's a car enthusiast, I was very picky as to what I wanted next. Blackstone accommodated many test drives, reassuring conversations and did not pressure me as some sellers do. They offered me strong money for my part exchange, no bartering. Their after sales support is 2nd to none. Kian and the manager Omar are the best people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. So much so, we ended up buying 2 cars off them! I've had my car over a month, and Kian still is there for any queries I may have. Now that's 5 star service!
